Darling little black felt hat from the 1940s. Wear it tilted  or straight.  Headband keeps it in place.  Adorned with colorfully dyed ostrich plumes. Lightweight and sassy. Noirish with a little spunk. From The Vogue Hat Shop in Chicago. Excellent condition. Sits on top of head so will fit most.
